Vladimir Khokhlov, Vice President

Vladimir Khokhlov graduated from the Leningrad Conservatory with a specialty in piano and has had a distinguished career in the former Soviet Union and in America as a performer and teacher. He has been the coordinator of many of Russian Heritage's musical programs.
