Victor Peppard: President

Victor Peppard has been Professor of Russian at University of South Florida for many years. His fields of specialization include Nineteenth and Twentieth Century Russian Literature and teaching Russian. For the last 11 years he has served as Chair of World Languages at USF, and has been a long-time Board Member of RH.
