Bill Parsons, Treasurer

Bill Parsons was Professor of History and Russian Studies at Eckerd College for 40 years before he retired in 2006. Two of his favorite courses at Eckerd were "Russian Cultural History", and "The History of the Two St. Petersburgs". Professor Parsons has led student groups to Russia and the Soviet Union 8 times and spent the academic year 1981-82 at Leningrad State University.
