Victor Peppard Elected President of Russian Heritage

Victor Peppard, Professor of Russian and Chair of World Languages at University of South Florida in Tampa and long-time Board Member of RH was elected President of Russian Heritage on April 30, 2011. Vladimir Khokhlov was elected Vice President, Laura Flesch - Secretary, and Bill Parsons - Treasurer.

Newly elected to the Board of Directors are the following: Tamara Burns, Konstantin Sidorenko, Gene Stenov, Michael Valitzky, Nadia Velez, and Nadia Yevstigneyeva.
